Delivery

All the products are order directly from Japan TAT. 

Your order will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service). Due to the COVID-19 it may take up to 7-20 working days( depends on your local post office) to reach you.

This may depend on Japan public holidays or delays by EMS.

★Notice of shipping revision★

From June 10th Japan Post had increase the shipping. So free shipping will be over $300 and 500g under.

All the over weight or under $300 shipping price will be increase.

Please note that EMS can not ship liquid, glue and only 2 machines, we will not offer any liquid or glue products and we will notice and cancel your order with your order over 2 machines.

*Please note that some items do not qualify for free shipping, such as the UV&LED LIGHT and DUST COLLECTOR, and DRILL MACHINE and BOOKS. Free shipping is not applicable if your order includes any of these items that are not eligible for free shipping, even if you purchase more than $300 in items that qualify. Your order is eligible for free shipping only when you purchase qualified items with the mark and spend more than $300 and under 500g.

Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our warehouse we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
In addition, please note that TAT Canada will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge. 
All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 2-4 business days processing time(COVID WILL EXTEND UP TO 3-4 weeks) in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends（Friday&Saturday） and holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TAT Canada cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
 
**Please note that for the products in Japan sometime will have suddenly out of stock or limited item. TAT Canada will be notice you thought email and refund the item amount. We are not accept for request whole order refund if you are not read the refund and return policy clearly**
 

 

Order procedure ：

1.Once we receive your order we will send your order to Japan warehouse to check the items stock quantity, if the items out of stock we will send you a notification email and refund the item amount to your account in our business day.
2.We will transfer your order items to the package company to set up your parcel in next business day.
3.Then your order will be ship out in the next business days.
4.We will send you an email notification once we receive the tracking number from the warehouse.
5.Track your parcel and waiting them to come!!!

Missing Parcel

*Please note TAT Canada cannot be held responsible for the parcel missing by shipping company.* 

If you lost your parcel please call your local post office to get your claim number, please note* Japan Post liability coverage maximum is $50 CAD* If you want to get more insurance coverage please contact us by e-mail before you place your order.
