The recent COVID-19 epidemic situation in North America is more serious. We hope all of the customers can protect yourselves. TAT Canada will make every effort to help everyone through this special period. To this end, TAT Canada has formulated the following measures:

Hygiene and safety of the package during the epidemic, TAT Japan Warehouse have adopted strict disinfection and protection measures in all links. While maximizing the  protection of each employee's personal protection ,it also absolutely protects every customers' package is hygienic and safe.

Please reduce the frequency of going out during special periods as much as possible. We are welcome all the customers shopping online instead of in-store.

Return & Exchange Policy

By making a purchase at TAT Canada, you acknowledge that you have read the return policy of www.tat-canada.com as mentioned on this page and agree to abide by them. Any disputes arising between person(s) and TAT Canada will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.

*Return & Exchange Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

 

Return Policy

Once your order had been process we can not do full order refund, due to the Shopify system handling fee, we will be charging a handling fee of 20% in your order.  As our suggestion you can choose to refund your order to store credit to save the 20% deduction of the handling fee. After you receive your package or shop in store your original receipt or invoice must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. Items must quality problem and inspected by TAT Canada they can be accepted for a refund. Item(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Your purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

Please understand that it is necessary to charge a handling fee / restocking fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 7 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges and your understanding.

Items purchased online can be returned or shipped back to our store. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

If the items returned were shipped “free”, part or all of the original shipping fees from your order may be subject to deduct.

*Excluding manufacturer’s defect, shipping damage or the wrong item was sent. TAT Canada will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage. Returns due to manufacture’s defect will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.

*Note that item(s) on final sales or clearance are also not eligible for returns.

 

Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged one time only and the Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unused and sealed in its original package) and inspected by TAT Canada to be unused/undamaged before they can be accepted for a exchange. The exchange must be within 14 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Your original receipt or invoice must accompany your exchanged items(s) to process your exchange. Exchange received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation.

Items purchased online can be shipped back or exchanged in store. Shipping fees apply to items shipped back to TAT Canada by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.

 

Missing & Defective Items

We apologize for the inconvenience if there are any missing or defective items. Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include items damaged due to mishandling during shipping and items with notable defects. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 30 days will be denied.

*If an item is sent to the wrong address at fault of the customer, the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the customer wants to cancel the order instead of re-ship please be noted that the return parcel all the items must have quality problems and inspected by TAT Canada they can be accepted for a refund. Item(s) can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. If an item is sent to the wrong address at fault of TAT Canada, TAT Canada will cover all the shipping cost to re-ship the item.

Missing Parcel

*Please note Nail Formula cannot be held responsible for the parcel missing by shipping company.* Once the parcel had been shipped out, customer should be call shipping company for further information.
